As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Administrator with experience in a similar environment to support our advisers and clients with high-quality administrative services.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the business, ensuring our advisers and clients receive efficient and professional support. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of financial services administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
- Preparing and processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Managing client records and ensuring data accuracy within back-office systems.
- Handling client queries and liaising with product providers to obtain information.
- Supporting compliance processes by maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Preparing reports, valuations, and meeting packs for client reviews.
- Assisting with day-to-day office management and workflow coordination.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be:
- Experienced – Proven experience in a Wealth Management, IFA, or Financial Planning firm is essential.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated – Able to take initiative and work independently while being a strong team player.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented – Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
- Client-Focused – Professional and friendly, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using financial CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and provider platforms.
- A Positive Attitude – Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the success of the business.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
- Experience using financial planning software including CRM systems and research tools.
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
